A round table meeting was held at the Kazan State Agrarian University on the implementation of adaptive landscape soil protection farming systems.
It was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Director of AgroProject LLC, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, President of the National Agrochemical Union, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Mikhail Ovcharenko and others.
“Agrolandscape farming is a standard in obtaining high and sustainable yields, rational use of land and reproduction of soil fertility and environmental safety of manufactured products. To date, 27 projects have already been developed in the republic in the farms of Tukaevsky, Almetyevsky, Vysokogorsky, Atninsky, Kukmorsky, Tetyushsky, Nurlatsky, Aksubaevsky, Arsky districts. To date, the coverage of farmland under the developed projects is 226.2 thousand hectares,” noted Marat Zyabbarov.
Ildus Gabdrakhmanov spoke about the progress of projects for the current year. He noted that the implementation of projects has a number of serious advantages for agricultural producers:
- allows you to analyze the ecological-geographical and agroclimatic conditions of an agricultural enterprise,
- determine the state and prospects for the development of agricultural production, prospects for the development of irrigation,
- carry out agroecological grouping of soils.
“In addition, the project includes measures to protect soils from erosion, the structure of sown areas and a system of crop rotation, tillage, seed production, measures to preserve and improve soil fertility,” he emphasized.
A special role in the developed projects is assigned to digitalization. Process automation tools are implemented in several stages. Farms are provided with information about software products, about the capabilities of these programs in terms of planning, operational accounting and control.
State support measures are provided for farms that implement an agrolandscape soil protection farming system. they can count on:
- reimbursement of 80% of the costs of developing projects for agrolandscape farming systems. Over 2 years, 17.7 million rubles were provided to farms;
- financial support for the creation of field protection and erosion control forest plantations in the amount of 95% of the estimated cost. 8 farms have already taken advantage of this type of support, 338 hectares of plantings have been created, the subsidy amounted to 22.8 million rubles;
- also, within the framework of the article for mineral fertilizers, an additional increasing rate of 450 rubles/ha is provided. This year, the amount of support provided in this area is 87.2 million rubles.
