Over nine months, the Kazan Fat Plant increased sales of finished products by 61%
According to the results of nine months of this year, the Kazan Fat Plant (KZhK) produced 803.1 thousand tons of marketable products. Compared to the same period in 2022, this figure increased by 50%.
Production volumes of mayonnaise and ketchup increased by 19%, sauces by 23%, and bottled oil by 57%. In general, the total production of sunflower oil increased by 52%, and rapeseed oil doubled.
Based on the results of nine months, the volume of sales of finished KZHK products increased by 61% and amounted to 657.5 thousand tons. Sales of bottled oil increased by more than half (62%). Compared to the same period last year, sales of sauces increased by 33%, ketchups by 25%, and mayonnaise by 18%. Sales of sunflower oil doubled, and rapeseed oil sales more than quadrupled.
“This year, the plant processed rapeseed and sunflower throughout the entire season - this allowed us to increase the overall production of vegetable oils. In addition, we expanded our sales markets and opened new export directions, including China,” said Dmitry Maximov, General Director of Kazan Fat Plant JSC. – As for mayonnaise, we have increased sales in the most popular categories “Provencal” and “Olive”.
The plant's revenue from sales of finished products increased by 27% and amounted to 30.2 billion rubles excluding VAT.
Labor productivity at KZhK increased by 14%.
