In 2022, the Russian Agricultural Bank in Tatarstan financed the construction and modernization of a number of dairy cattle complexes and the technical re-equipment of the elevator complex. The total amount of support provided amounted to 1.8 billion rubles.

The largest projects are large dairy farms that were built and successfully put into operation in 2022 in the Leninogorsk, Muslyumovsky and Aznakaevsky districts. In addition, an elevator complex was put into operation in the Chistopolsky District.

This year, the construction of several more dairy farms in the Bugulma and Baltasinsky districts continues, and the construction of complexes in the Tyulyachinsky and Kaybitsky districts is also planned.

“The dairy industry is not only the most delicious and healthy branch of agriculture, but also the most economically significant. Rosselkhozbank comprehensively supports milk producers and processors, we work not only with the majority of the largest companies that form the industry, but also provide support to large agricultural holdings and small farms. In 2022, the bank allocated more than 58 billion rubles to support the industry,” said Boris Listov, Chairman of the Board of Rosselkhozbank.

The Chairman of the Board of the RSHB emphasized that in 2023 the bank will continue to provide systematic support to the industry, priority areas will be projects for the construction and modernization of dairy and livestock farms, the production of raw milk, as well as concessional lending for small businesses. In addition to financing, the pool of support measures includes the introduction of digital technologies, increasing the personnel potential of the industry, promoting scientific innovation, and implementing educational projects. “All this will allow the dairy industry to continue to develop and systematically increase the volume of products,” said Boris Listov.
