The Presidium of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation was held
Results of the financial activities of trade union bodies in the first half of this year, what is the state of wages in organizations of the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan, and what changes have occurred in the field of labor protection, - these and other important issues were included in the agenda of the Presidium of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation.
Bulat Garifullin, head of the department for socio-economic issues, informed the participants of the Presidium about the state of wages in agricultural enterprises and organizations of the republic. According to the speaker, thanks to the efforts of trade unions, the minimum wage in Tatarstan has been brought up to 93% of the minimum consumer budget. There are good examples in the republic among the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, in which wages can be considered not only competitive, but also worthy, almost at the level of the average republican values. And this is largely due to the presence of a trade union organization at the enterprises, social partnership and a collective agreement.
Further, he told the meeting participants about the changes in the Labor legislation regarding labor protection issues, which came into force on September 1, 2022.
During the meeting, the chairmen also received recommendations on information work, as well as interaction with trade union members, as well as with the republican organization, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation for the exchange of information, news and important messages.
Outlining important tasks for the future, Farida Garifullina mentioned the situation in the country. “We must be aware of the situation in the family of the mobilized, in the collectives. The task is to keep the labor collectives, to create a healthy, supportive atmosphere inside the enterprises,” said the chairman of the Tatarstan republican organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation.
