Plowmen of the Arsky district competed in skill
A traditional district competition among plowmen was held on the basis of the Agrofirma Tashkichu of the Arsk municipality. Farida Garifullina, chairman of the Tatarstan republican organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation, took part in the event as an invited guest.
Final preparations, trial runs, and now the solemn formation of the participants is being announced. Opening the competition, Renat Gatiyatov, the head of the executive committee of the Arsky municipal district, congratulated the best of the best tractor drivers of agricultural production on a real holiday among professionals in their field. His wishes for a successful performance to all participants and excellent mood to numerous spectators of the competition were supported in his speech by the Acting Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Arsky District Lenar Abdullin.
The honorable right to raise the flag was given to the winner of last year's regional competitions - "The Best Plowman of 2021" - the tractor driver of Agrofirma Tashkich LLC, Nail Sadriev.
This year, tractor drivers from 16 farms of the district took part in the competition. The contestants demonstrated their skills. And the judging commission assessed the quality and time of execution of the work.
And here are the names of the best tractor drivers of the region, winners and prize-winners of the contest "Best Plowman 2022":
1st place in the competition was taken by Ilnur Gainutdinov, Garipov Khalim Kanafievich cooperative;
2nd place - Nail Sadriev LLC Agrofirm "Tashkichu";
3rd place - Ramis Sharafiev, Korsinsky MTS LLC.
Congratulating the winners and all participants, Farida Garifullina, chairman of the Tatarstan republican organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation, noted that this competition is an excellent opportunity to identify and encourage the best in the profession. And, at the same time, it serves as a platform for the exchange of experience between its participants. She awarded the youngest participant of the competition - Ramis Sharafiyev (Korsinsky MTS LLC), the most experienced participant - Vazikh Mingazov (Ashyt LLC), the winner in the nomination "Master of his craft" - Radik Fayzrakhmanov (LLC Agrocomplex Ak Bars) and the best manager - Aidar Sabirov (LLC Agrofirma Kazanka).
The event was accompanied by games and competitions among spectators and support groups of the contestants, as well as a concert program and performances by artists and creative teams of the region. It turned out to be a kind of real Sabantuy among the workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Arsky district, which gave everyone unforgettable impressions and the joy of meeting.
