As part of the Year of Digitalization in the Republic of Tatarstan, today on the basis of the summer camp MBOU “Gymnasium in the village of Bolshoy Sardek named after. K.F. Shakirov" of the Kukmorsky municipal district passed the "Lesson of figures". It was held by First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov for pupils of 7-8 grades.
During the lesson, he introduced the schoolchildren to such a concept as the “Client-centric state”, explained to the students in detail how not only user requirements are changing, but the entire system is being rebuilt. The students understood that with client-centricity: the client comes first, the state looks at the world through the eyes of its consumer: if you don’t understand the client, there will be no success, and that the strategy is aimed at long-term relationships with the client. The lesson aroused genuine interest among the students, there were many questions addressed to Nail Zalakov, and he gave exhaustive answers. The Deputy Minister noted the high level organization of the Lesson, thanked the students and everyone who took an active part in organizing and conducting it.
The meeting ended with an exchange of opinions on the benefits for clients of the active use of the services of the Russian Post, State Services of the Republic of Tatarstan / RF and others, and the submission by students of proposals for improving the service for residents in rural areas.
