Problematic issues of the bakery industry were discussed at the ministry
Today there was a meeting on bakery issues, which was attended by: First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan - Nail Zalakov, President of the Russian Union of Bakers - Alexei Lyalin, Vice President of the Russian Union of Bakers for work with regions - Dmitry Semenov, Member of the Board of the Russian Union bakers, General Director of the Sverdlovsk Experimental Mechanical Plant - Mark Pisarevsky, Chairman of the Board of the Union of Bakery Producers of the Republic of Tatarstan - Ildar Nikiforov, Head of the Food Market Development Department - Artur Shamsiev, General Director of JSC Bakery and Confectionery Plant Bulat Kutdusov and other representatives of the industry.
At the meeting, issues of improving the technical and educational base, pricing and popularization of the bakery profession among young people and schoolchildren were discussed.
The parties talked about current problems with the sale of products and cooperation with retail chains, about improving the legislative framework.
