The next zonal meeting on the issues of increasing the business activity of the villagers was held today in the Kukmorsky municipal district. Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov met with the heads of executive committees of municipal districts, heads of rural settlements and farms, entrepreneurs of 11 municipalities included in the northern zone of the republic.
Upon arrival in the region, the head of the Parliament, together with the minister, visited the dairy complex "Monocorm" in the village of Chura. Here, the guests were presented with the project “Let's Revive Our Native Village”, aimed at preserving livestock in private farms (those who wish to rent cowsheds). There are 6 buildings in total, each of which is designed for 24 cows. The owners of the complex are 6 shareholders interested in receiving a share of the profit in proportion to their contribution to the common cause.
Then the guests toured the well-maintained embankment in the village of Vakhitovo, the new mega-farm of the Rassvet farm in the village of Verkhniy Kuzmes.
The plenary session was held in the district House of Culture, in the foyer of which the participants of the zonal meeting viewed an exhibition of products of Kukmor enterprises and organizations.
Farid Mukhametshin noted that it is necessary to provide the population with essential goods, maintain employment, achieve the smooth functioning of backbone organizations and continue to provide assistance to businesses to adapt to new conditions.
“If at the initial stage the main task was to rebuild logistics systems and eliminate interruptions in the supply of food, medicine and essential goods, now our task is to prevent unreasonable speculative price increases. Of course, in this situation, increased attention is paid to the issue of food security. It should be noted that Tatarstan fully provides itself with livestock products. Of course, there are problems, and you all know them. One of them is a decrease in the number of livestock,” said Farid Mukhametshin.
More than 2 billion rubles in form of grants and subsidies are allocated annually in the republic to support the small farms. It is planned to allocate 13.2 billion rubles to support the agro-industrial complex in 2022, with an increase of 106.5% compared to last year. With federal participation, 28 events will be implemented for a total of 5.3 billion rubles. Of these: 3.8 billion rubles - at the expense of the federal budget (71.7%), 1.5 billion rubles from the budget of the republic (28.3%). One and a half billion rubles were allocated to finance the state program "Integrated Development of Rural Territories". This will make it possible to build 5 thousand square meters of housing, 84 facilities in 34 districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, to overhaul networks, buildings and structures. As part of the Agrostartup program, 160.4 million rubles have been allocated for the current year. Last year, 60 winners received 161 million rubles for the implementation of their projects. As a result of this, the number of cows is expected to increase by 1840 heads, fattening cattle - by 1626 heads, horses - by 840 heads, birds - by 540 thousand heads.
Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a report on the state of the agricultural sector of the republic as a whole and the tasks of increasing the business activity of the villagers at the meeting. After analyzing the results of the work of the regions of the northern zone, he called to attract the available reserves to improve the efficiency of the use of state support measures.
“My report outlines the problematic aspects of our joint work and approaches to their solution. Only by joint efforts can we achieve the desired results and improve the living conditions of rural residents,” concluded Marat Zyabbarov.
