President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited Aznakaevsky and Leninogorsk municipal districts

During the trip, he was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov. The main goal is to get acquainted with the course of spring field work.

As part of the visit, they visited the livestock complex of Agrofirma Aznakay LLC in the village of Banki-Sukhoyash. The project is being implemented in two phases. The first two cowsheds for 2,000 heads and a milking unit were opened in September last year. Today, the farm employs 95 local residents.

The President was told that construction of the second stage for another 2,000 cows is underway. The project is implemented thanks to the opportunity to receive a special investment loan. It is planned to hand over the object in August of this year.

Rustam Minnikhanov asked if there were any difficulties in purchasing equipment. According to the head of the farm, alternative suppliers are being considered to equip the second stage of the complex.

As part of a special exhibition, the President of Tatarstan got acquainted with the work of regional milk and meat processing enterprises, the work of the Bereket cooperative and measures to increase business activity in the countryside, as well as the development of tourism infrastructure, including the project of the Chatyr-Tau Pearl glamping complex.

At the site of the agricultural firm, Rustam Minnikhanov met with local farm managers, investors and heads of settlements. In total, over the past 10 years, local farms have received various grants within the national projects for more than 235 million rubles. This, among other things, contributed to the growth of livestock in small farms. As part of the program for the integrated development of rural areas, last year the district received 22.2 million rubles. The money was spent to improve the living conditions of the villagers and the improvement of rural areas.

During the meeting, the pace of the sowing campaign was discussed. This year it is planned to sow more than 70 thousand hectares. To date, 53% - 38 thousand hectares have been sown. The head of the district reported that under favorable weather conditions, the sowing of early crops can be completed in 2-3 days. Winter crops are being re-fertilized. In general, winter crops are sown on an area of ​​12,000 hectares, of which 10,000 are for grain. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan noted the high pace of agricultural work.

As for the livestock sector, there are 22.4 thousand heads of cattle in the region, of which 8.3 thousand are double cows. During the period from January to March, almost 14 thousand tons of milk were produced in the region.

According to Marat Zyabbarov, grants for the development of farms are actively used in the region. 4.5 billion rubles of grants have already been issued for all districts in the republic this year.

In the Leninogorsk municipal district, the President of Tatarstan and the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the farm "Victoria".

The greenhouse complex of the cooperative "Victoria" has been operating since 2019.

This peasant farm grows cucumbers and tomatoes. In addition, the peasant farm has mastered the production of greens (green onions), the cultivation of flower seedlings, fruit trees, shrubs and strawberries. In 2021, the enterprise grew cucumbers - 523 tons; tomatoes - 206 tons; green onions - 2.6 tons; flower seedlings - 234,891 pcs.

The enterprise has created a consumer cooperative and produces its own canned products. Rustam Minnikhanov was told about the plans for the development of the enterprise. In particular, for the organization of a full cycle and year-round operation, the construction of an overhead power line is required.

In addition, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited a perennial grass seed cleaning plant (farm cooperative Roslov V.A.).

The enterprise is located in the Leninogorsk municipal district (Ivanovskoye settlement). In August 2020, an automated perennial grass seed cleaning plant was fully installed. Capacity - 3500 tons per year, or 3.5 tons / hour for small-seeded crops of perennial grasses (alfalfa, goat's rue, fescue, etc.). The plant includes machines for cleaning, sorting, packing. There is a photo sorter and a treater. In 2021-2022, the seed cleaning technology for the following crops was developed: fescue, buckwheat, rapeseed, oil radish, sweet clover, mustard, cannabis, rice, oil flax (dark and light), clover, alfalfa, sunflower, rump, phacelia, chia .

In 2021, about 2,000 tons of seeds were cleaned.

The enterprise provided seed cleaning services to farmers in Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsky, Sarmansky, Aktanyshsky municipal districts, Orenburg, Samara regions, the Republic of Chuvashia, Armenia. Seeds of higher reproductions were sold to the Voronezh, Moscow, Kursk regions.

According to Ryagat Khusainov, the head of the Leninogorsk municipal district, almost 60% of the sowing has been done.

All subsidies for fuel and lubricants and mineral fertilizers have been received.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that there is a tendency to reduce the number of cattle in the region. “We need to intensify work in this direction,” he said. “Cattle breeding must be developed, its products are most in demand, especially milk.”

According to Rustam Minnikhanov, today it is important to make the population interested in breeding and increasing livestock. “For this, it is necessary to create conditions - to provide fodder, to develop the work of consumer cooperatives,” Rustam Minnikhanov said, addressing the head of the district and the heads of rural settlements.

Rustam Minnikhanov also stated that the implementation of all programs will continue in the republic, including in terms of supporting rural areas. “We have not curtailed any program, despite the difficult situation in the economy. The implementation of all programs this year is guaranteed,” he said.
