Marat Zyabbarov made a working trip to Laishevsky district
Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov paid a working visit to the Laishevsky municipal district. During the trip he was accompanied by the general director of Tatagroleasing JSC Azat Ziganshin.
The first object visited by the minister was the Narmonka agricultural company. Here 4707 hectares of arable land are cultivated, engaged in vegetable growing. This year, the area for vegetables amounted to 125 hectares, for potatoes - 160 hectares. All of them are under irrigation.
Marat Zyabbarov got acquainted with the activities of the high-tech complex for receiving, storing, dry cleaning and packing potatoes and vegetable products into the net. The warehouse is designed to store 5,000 tons of potatoes, 1,000 tons of carrots and 2,000 tons of cabbage.
Then the minister visited the "Kausar" meat processing complex in the village of Nikolskoye. Accompanied by Farid Khairutdinov and the project manager of JSC RATSIN for the export of halal products Rustem Gainullov, he examined the production facilities, warehouses with finished products and a wholesale distribution center.
In the cutting and packing shops, workers put the meat in packages, solder the foil on the machine and put on a branded sticker.
On the second floor of the complex, they mold samsa, pancakes and other flour products with an unusual duck egg dough.
Smoked products are prepared on natural wood. In special rooms, the meat matures - the output is a dry-cured and uncooked smoked product, which is in great demand. The company's management plans to create an agro-industrial logistics center, where the relationship between the warehouse, retail chains and the buyer will be established - without intermediaries and price hikes.
