New labeling rules for dairy products entered into force on December 1
On December 1, the third stage of labeling of dairy products started. 27 enterprises are subject to this stage of the introduction of marking in Tatarstan.
57 milk processing enterprises are successfully operating in our region.
The average daily processing volume of raw milk is more than 3200 tons, at small enterprises - about 200 tons.
There are 32 enterprises producing drinking and mineral water in the Republic of Tatarstan. All enterprises-producers of mineral water are registered in the national system of digital marking and tracing of goods "Honest sign".
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, are constantly monitoring the progress of organizing the introduction of labeling of dairy products and packaged water. The heads of the enterprises were informed about the need to comply with the terms and stages of its implementation.
