To date, 26.8 thousand tons of grain have been threshed in the district with an average yield of 16.9 quintals per hectare, almost 16 thousand hectares of land have been threshed.

The Minister focused on the need to collect the available bread without losses. After that, the minister got acquainted with the state of fields of the Baltasinsky municipal district. Machine operators, cooks, and agronomists are trained here. The situation with the latter is tense this year. The allocated 20 places are only half filled. According to the data announced at the meeting, there is a catastrophic shortage of personnel. For example, in the Rybno-Sloboda district, the provision of farms with agronomists is only 10%, in Yelabuga – 33, Mamadysh – 38%.

"Young people choose the city and do not want to return to the village," the audience complained. The minister Marat Zyabbarov replied: "Attracting qualified personnel is, first of all, the task of a head.  If there is no interest in development, there will be no decent results.  Everyone should understand that today's student is an investment in the future of the economy. We are responsible for the village and its condition," Marat Zyabbarov summed up.
