Issues of support for small and medium-sized businesses were discussed in the Atninsky district
Atninsky district was visited by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov and Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov. They studied the activities of industrial enterprises of the district, met with heads of organizations and business community of the district. They were accompanied by the head of Atninsky district Gabdulakhat Khakimov.
The visit began with the farm of mixed agriculture of LLC "Tukaevsky". The farm breeds cattle, horses, produces dairy products, and grows perennial crops. The farm produces up to 140 tons of feed every day. 163 jobs were created at the agricultural enterprise. The main source of income of the enterprise is the sale of up to 40 tons of milk and meat daily.
After that, they examined the slaughterhouse of the consumer cooperative "Arysh". Last year, LLC "Arysh" began the construction of special workshops for slaughtering livestock and processing meat. The volume of investment in the project amounted to 120 million rubles. The workshops with a total area of 1,284 square meters were put into operation in November 2020. The cooperative is the only slaughterhouse in the district. The volume of loading per month is 650 heads. Meat is sold to meat processing plants in Kazan, Mamadysh and Moscow. About 30 people are employed there.
The company plans to organize sausage production, purchase specialized equipment. The company was given advice on the support mechanisms operating in the republic – preferential microfinance for various business purposes, including the expansion of production and purchase of necessary equipment.
Then they visited the enterprise for the production of bread and confectionery products "Miras+" LLC, where more than 50 people work. In 2020, the company began construction of a confectionery shop. The investment volume amounted to 52 million rubles. The confectionery shop with an area of 1440 sq. m, was put into operation in March of this year. The company plans to further expand production.
Then they examined the largest farm in Atninsky district LLC "Tan". The "Tan" cooperative is one of the stable and profitable cooperatives of the district with dynamically growing production indicators. The area of its farmland is 6,750 hectares, including 6,195 hectares of arable land. The main activity of the cooperative is the production and sale of agricultural products. Modern equipment is located on the enterprise. Separate rooms have been built for young cattle by age. There is even a "drying" room. The company is also engaged in breeding of young cattle. Since 2009, the farm has been a breeding farm, which has received a Russian breeding license.
The farm also pays great attention to the renewal of the machine and tractor fleet. The company has a new garage complex with gas heating. It consists of two parts. On one of them there is a working office of specialists, a restroom for machine operators, as well as a shower room, etc. And on the second floor there is a repair shop with automatic doors and a parking garage.
The event ended with a meeting with heads of organizations and business community of the district. The key issue of the meeting was support measures for farmers of Tatarstan related with abnormal heat and the drought caused by it. At the meeting, the programs of support for business entities were considered.
