Marat Zyabbarov: Agricultural machinery requires qualified service
Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a meeting on the organization of service support and repair of equipment during the field work. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture of Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Fattakhov, Head of the Department of Supervision and Automated Accounting of the Department of Gostekhnadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan Radis Kadyrov, as well as specialists from regional agricultural administrations and agricultural formations.
Opening the meeting, Marat Zyabbarov informed the audience about the current situation in the operation of agricultural machinery in the republic.
“The agro-industrial sector of the republic operates about 14,000 tractors, 3,400 grain harvesters and about 1,000 forage harvesters. In animal husbandry, there are about 100 robotic milkers, 130 milking parlors, 950 mobile mixer feeders and other technological equipment. Every year, agricultural producers of the republic purchase about 2500 units of self-propelled, trailed and mounted agricultural machinery. Last year, the farms purchased 480 tractors, 260 self-propelled forage and grain harvesters and more than 2,000 seeding, tillage machines, and livestock equipment worth 7.6 billion rubles. To date, 1615 units have already been purchased worth more than 6.4 billion rubles, including: 250 tractors, 117 combine harvesters, 19 forage harvesters, 104 self-propelled sprayers and 1187 units of other equipment, ”he said.
During his speech, the minister also emphasized that the equipment should be repaired within 24 hours, and the technological equipment for animal husbandry - in 12 hours.
At the meeting, dealers and representatives of agricultural firms spoke about the problems associated with the organization of equipment service, its maintenance, extension of delivery times, etc. Manufacturers spoke about the range of products. Thus, MTK Ak Bars LLC, operating in the Apastovsky district, is repairing a full line of engines.
Further, Radis Kadyrov spoke about the consideration of the claims of the owners regarding the quality of the cars.
“Consideration of claims of car owners on the quality of sold or repaired equipment is to protect the legitimate interests of equipment owners. Most of the requests come from agricultural producers. So, from January 1 to May 1 of this year, only five claims were received for new and repaired machines and assemblies due to the fault of the supplier. Recently, there has been a decrease in the number of complaints from owners regarding the quality of machines in recent years due to the concealment of defects in machines and equipment, ”he said.
During his speech, Radis Kadyrov spoke about the conditions for obtaining a state service for considering claims to the owner or representative of the owner of the machine and unit.
“First of all, you need to contact the State Technical Supervision Department with the presentation of the following documents: passport, document confirming the authority of the representative of the owner of the car, passport of a self-propelled car or other documents confirming ownership of the car, service book with a warranty card , a waybill, operating documents (operating instructions, maintenance instructions) and a completed claim application, ”he said.
At the end of the meeting, Marat Zyabbarov asked representatives of dealerships, if necessary, to attract students from agricultural universities for work.
