Zonal meetings aimed at increasing the business activity of the villagers have been held since 2009. The focus of the specialists of the agricultural sector was on the factors that determine the development of the village: improvement of the socio-cultural infrastructure of the village through the implementation of national projects and the implementation of the new state program "Integrated Development of rural areas 2020-2025, employment of the rural population – ensuring high profitability of rural labor, preservation of livestock and fodder resources in agricultural enterprises, training by universities and sending specialists to the village.

This year, meetings with district activists are held in the format of "live communication". Each participant has an opportunity to ask a question or raise an urgent problem, which can often be solved directly "on the spot", since the seminars are attended by heads of relevant ministries and departments, representatives of the banking sector and heads of municipalities. This format of communication also allows you to exchange experience and get acquainted with the best practices of organizing and managing the economy in the republic.

Before the meeting, the participants visited the "Kama Vineyard" where work on the construction of greenhouses is in full swing. Azat Yalaletdinov said that he laid the vineyard in 2016, and in 2018 he already received first harvest and a 1.5 million rubles grant from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan for the implementation of a business project for growing grapes.

They could exchange experience, study the best practices of the organization and management of the economy of the Kamsko-Ustinsky farmers at a specially organized exhibition.

The products were presented by LLC "Axolit", LLC "Imperial Nursery", LLC "Camembert", and the Small Meretkozino Agricultural Production Complex.

The results of work of the farms of the Kamsko-Ustinskiy district were discussed during the plenary session.

"Today, a series of annual meetings on the development of small businesses is being resumed.  The Kamsko-Ustinsky district was not chosen by chance. Now there is a strong investor - the company "August". The investor can use their skills. A lot of agricultural premises are being released. Transferring them to active rural residents should just stir up small and medium-sized businesses in the district, especially in agriculture, " said Marat Zyabbarov.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out a systematic work to support business activity in rural areas. How this work is structured, the minister said.

"In 2020, we managed to ensure a 4% increase in agricultural production. At the same time, the share of small forms in gross production is 50%. As in the previous year, the largest increase was provided by farms, and personal subsidiary farms grew to a lesser extent, " the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan noted.

The Deputy Prime Minister recalled that much attention is paid to the development of agricultural cooperation in order to provide sales markets. Especially small cooperatives, which directly purchase surplus agricultural products from producers for sale. Farmers do not need to spend time and money to take their products to the markets.

Today, 302 cooperatives have been created in the republic, 156 of which are fully operational. Over a year, the number of members of cooperatives has increased by almost 3 thousand, revenue – by 2.5 times.

During his speech, Marat Zyabbarov spoke about the experience of uniting members in a cooperative in berry direction of the chairman of the Iceberg cooperative of the Zelenodolsk district, Ildar Sitdikov. The first berry field in his farm appeared in 2012. The opportunity to earn about 3 million rubles on 1 hectare of berries was interesting for people. There are more than a hundred berry growers today. He helped to create a whole berry cluster, where 50 farmers are united.

The program of construction of mini-farms is the most popular among the rural population. Since 2015, the participants of the program have increased the number of cows by 7 thousand. Anyone who builds a farm and undertakes to increase the number of cows by another 3 heads to the existing ones receives a subsidy of 200 thousand rubles. Whoever undertakes to increase the number of cows by another 5 heads receives a subsidy of 400 thousand rubles. For example, a farmer from the village of Byurgany in the Buinsky district, Irshat Gainutdinov, built a mini-farm with state support in 2016. Now he has 15 cows on his farm. In 2020, it sold 73 tons of milk for 1.5 million rubles.

At the meeting, the issue of milk prices was raised again. "In the cooperative Ecoproduct "Tetyushsky" in Tetyushy they buy milk for almost 23 rubles without help of the state .The impact on prices is after you, " the minister said.

The event ended with an awarding of winners of the competitions "The best rural settlement, farm, cooperative".
