“In Tatarstan, an unprecedented program to support GNS was adopted, 550 million rubles are allocated annually. The co-financing program has been working for the second year, when funds are allocated 1:2. In 23 municipal districts, most of which are located around cities, about 70-80 percent of engineering networks have been brought into conformity, ”Rishat Khabipov said.

The audience was told that over 4 years this type of work was financed in the amount of 2 billion rubles. This made it possible to install 205 water towers, repair 106 wells, lay 38 km of water supply, put the site for collection and removal of solid waste into a standard state, install 816 bunkers and containers for collecting solid waste, repair 108 km of access roads. In addition, 147 km of power transmission lines and 193 complete transformer substations have been set up.

Since 2018, the republic has been providing co-financing support to GNS for the repair of their internal engineering networks. For each ruble brought in by a gardener, 2 rubles are also allocated from the budget of the republic to bring the networks into a standard state. Thanks to this mechanism, in 2018–2020, 15 km of internal alleys, about 222 km of power lines and almost 74 km of water pipelines were repaired.
