Participants of the "Farmer's School" adopt the experience of successful entrepreneurs of the republic

Practical training continues at the Farmer's School. The training took place on the basis of two agricultural enterprises of Laishevsky district - the peasant farm "Zaripov Gafur Burkhanovich" and the agricultural supply (trade) consumer cooperative "Kausar".

Students in the direction of "Dairy and beef cattle breeding" got acquainted with the conditions of keeping, feeding and caring for young cattle in the peasant farm "Zaripov Gafur Burkhanovich". The company is engaged in the production of beef. The head of the farm, Gafur Zaripov, conducted a tour of the production facilities and his own machine and tractor fleet, during which he demonstrated modern agricultural machinery and showed the process of forage preparation.

“We mainly use our own feed. To do this, we specially grow fodder crops on 850 hectares, ”said Gafur Zaripov.

Participants of the "Poultry" direction studied the experience of the cooperative "Kausar". Let us remind you that the project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2018, the company received a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purchase of equipment for processing poultry meat in the amount of 30 million rubles. The range of manufactured products includes sausages, pates, smoked and dried duck meat products, etc. The production is according to Halal standards. The production has a modern meat processing system, and the packaging process of finished products takes place in special equipment from an artificially created chamber.

During the lesson, an emphasis was made on the technological process of plucking a bird. “This procedure is laborious and takes a lot of time. But here, thanks to the modern and ecological methodology, this stage of meat preparation takes place quite quickly and efficiently, which causes surprise and delight, "Tatiana Kirova, a participant of the Farmer's School, shared her impressions.

During the meeting, the participants studied the technology of primary processing of poultry, feeding and composing rations for different types of poultry.

And today the training will take place on the basis of the peasant (farm) economy of Minsine Latypova.

Based on the results of all classes, the participants will present their business projects, and at the end they will receive a state diploma under the additional education program "Agribusiness of a farm".
