Spring field work is ongoing on fields of the republic
Spring field work continues in the republic. The main task for farmers now is to feed winter crops. To date, according to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the farmers of Aznakaevsky, Aksubaevsky, Alekseevsky, Bavlinsky, Sarmanovsky and Yutazinsky districts have started spring field work.
Cooperative farm "Mukhametshin" has started feeding winter wheat on an area of 108 hectares. In total, the feeding of winter grain crops in the Bavlinsky district should be carried out on an area of 7395 hectares, including 4885 hectares of winter wheat and 2190 hectares of winter rye, winter triticale on 320 hectares. In the republic, work on feeding winter crops is planned on an area of 552.5 thousand hectares.
“In the fields of the agricultural formation region, we began early spring feeding of winter crops using the so-called “shard”. It is carried out at night temperatures from -1 to -3 degrees. This process makes it possible to provide plants with nutrition from dissolved fertilizers, ”said Albert Talipov, head of the agriculture department of the Bavlinsky district.
In the warehouses of the republic, work continues on the incrustation of seeds. Aksubaevsky, Buinsky, Muslyumovsky, Nurlatsky, Sarmanovsky, Cheremshansky and Yutazinsky districts have already started this type of work. To date, work has been carried out on 6 thousand tons of seeds.
