Dairy processors of Tatarstan trained in the implementation of digital labeling

Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies, hosted a training seminar for dairy processing enterprises of the republic on the introduction of digital labeling. The event was attended by Nail Zalakov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Gnatenko, representative of Operator-CRPT LLC Kontur development project managers, as well as equipment suppliers for the launch of Forintek-Volga LLC labeling.

Nail Zalakov opened the meeting.

“Today we have brought together all dairy producers on the labeling issue. The main task for us in the near future is to quickly register, study and start working in the system”, he noted.

Alexander Gnatenko spoke about the general issues of introducing labeling and its timing, as well as about connecting enterprises to the system.

“From June 1 this year, the labeling for cheese and ice cream will be introduced. From September 1 - for dairy products with a shelf life of more than 40 days. And from December 1 - for products with a period of up to 40 days inclusive. To connect to the system, dairy producers must: issue an enhanced qualified electronic signature for the head of the organization or individual entrepreneur, register in the monitoring system, describe the goods in the catalog, order and pay for labeling codes, choose a technical solution for its introduction, and also choose an integrator and a printing establishment " , - he said.

During the event, the participants discussed issues of interest in a live dialogue format.

Gulnara Burkhanova, Kontur development project manager, proposed options for cooperation with the state information system for monitoring goods.

At the end of the meeting, Nail Zalakov turned to representatives of enterprises with a request to register in the state information system for monitoring goods by April 10
