The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan announces a competition among agro-industrial complex organizations for the best readiness for spring field work in 2021
Commissions of specialists from the ministry and subordinate organizations check the farms of the republic and assess their readiness to carry out spring field work.
The level of preparedness of farms for the sowing campaign will be checked by several parameters. The estimated indicators include the readiness of the machine and tractor fleet, the level of labor protection, the quality of the seed, the availability of work plans for carrying out spring field work. In agricultural formations, the commissions will carefully check the readiness of seeding complexes, tractors, harrow, fertilizing, cultivating, combined units, etc.
When assessing the state of machine and tractor fleet, the passage of the state technical inspection, the availability of machine operators, the aggregation of equipment will be taken into account. Particular attention will be paid to compliance with labor protection requirements and the preparation of seeds. In addition, in the subdivisions, operational field repair units with a mobile welding unit or a complex of technical assistance should be created, and a mobile fuel and lubricants refueller with a counter should be prepared.
In terms of labor protection, a prerequisite for farms is the availability of approved instructions for workers engaged in repair and spring field work, as well as the staffing of machine operators and maintenance personnel with personal protective equipment.
During the event, special attention was paid to the safe operation of equipment, safety briefings and medical examination of machine operators. In general, the farms prepared for the spring field work at the required level and the commission inspection was successful.
To date, inspections with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov and Rafael Fattakhov have been held in Almetyevsky, Cheremshansky, Bugulminsky and Bavlinsky districts. On April 7, contests will also be held in Arsk, Baltasinsky and other regions of the republic.
