Minister of Agriculture and Trade of the Arkhangelsk Region got acquainted with the work of agricultural enterprises of Tatarstan
As part of the working visit, Minister of Agroindustrial Complex and Trade of the Arkhangelsk Region Irina Bazhanova visited agricultural enterprises of Tatarstan. She was accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, the manager of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilya Spiridonov and the head of the project for the export of "Halal" products of JSC "Ratsin" Rustem Gainullov.
The working visit began with LLC Alchak. The farm produces virus-free seed potatoes. The enterprise has a laboratory with a capacity of 100,000 test-tube plants per year and greenhouse complexes with a total area of more than 0.5 hectares. The production of seed potatoes of the super-elite and elite reproductions is organized on leased field plots within the framework of special agreements with partners. Elite seed potatoes are supplied to dozens of regions of Russia and the CIS countries.
Further, the delegation visited the Tatar Research Institute of Agriculture. During the meeting, the director of the institute, Rustam Nizamov, spoke about the activities and plans for the future.
Then they visited the agricultural supply and sales (trade) consumer cooperative "Kausar" in Laishevsky district. Here they examined the production workshops and the products manufactured by the enterprise.
The project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2018, the company received a 30 million rubles grant from the Ministry for the purchase of equipment for processing poultry meat. The range of manufactured products includes sausages, pates, smoked and dried duck meat products, etc. The production operates according to Halal standards.
During the meeting, the head of the enterprise was invited to the Arkhangelsk region to present the products of the cooperative.
In conclusion, the guests examined the production of the Kazan Dairy Plant. The products are made exclusively from raw materials of Tatarstan agricultural producers and are certified according to the Halal system. This is not only milk, but also kefir, fermented milk drinks, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream, yoghurts, cheeses, butter, ice cream and much more.
As a result of the meetings, the Minister of Agroindustrial Complex and Trade of the Arkhangelsk Region showed interest in the products of the Kausar cooperative and the Kazan dairy plant.
