A honey festival was held today at the TIPKA FGBOU DPO.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov, Rector of the Tatar Institute for Retraining Agribusiness Personnel Nikolai Titov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution "Department of Aquaculture and Beekeeping of the Republic of Tatarstan" Marat Minnebaev and others.
In the building of the institute, an exhibition and sale of honey, bee bread, wax, veterinary drugs, tools and equipment for beekeeping was organized.
“Tatarstan today is a very large producer of honey. Honey is in demand, so it must be presented and shown correctly, because a good, high-quality product is always in demand. But not every representative knows how to do this, so now there are cooperatives, where everyone has an opportunity to find out where to sell and learn how to sell their products, ”said Lenar Garipov.
An unusual hive made of Finnish expanded polystyrene was presented at the exhibition by a resident of Mamadysh.
“The hive is environmentally friendly, allows contact with food, it is absolutely safe. Such a hive is convenient for elderly beekeepers, it is not heavy, but rather warm even in winter and in summer it is comfortable in it, that is, as a thermostat. We have already passed climatic tests in Yakutia, at a temperature of -50 degrees nothing happened to the hive and they continue to use it. It is cheaper than a regular hive, ”says Rustem Gilyazov.
During the exhibition, everyone could get acquainted with innovations of the industry and taste 62 types of honey. According to the results of tasting, the most delicious and high-quality honey will be determined.
The rector of the Tatar Institute for Retraining Agribusiness Personnel Nikolai Titov said that from 9 to 19 February, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, advanced training courses are being held under the program "Improving the efficiency of beekeeping development."
“Every year such training is provided free of charge. There are over 110 beekeepers here. They discuss all the sore problems for the year, a lot of questions. This event is held annually very intensively, very interestingly, ”says Nikolai Titov.
Professors of the institute, employees of the State Budgetary Institution "Aquaculture and Beekeeping Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan", the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan take part in the classes.
