Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the farmers of the Kukmor region on record milk yields
Agricultural cooperative named after Vakhitov reached 100 tons of milk per day and for the first time in history stepped over the level of gross milk yield per day. This became possible thanks to an increase in productivity and bringing it to 11,150 kilograms per cow, as well as an increase in the number of cows by 290 heads.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the farmers of the Kukmor region on record milk yields. In a telegram, which he sent to the head of the Kukmor region, Sergei Dimitriev, the President of the republic stressed that this is a respectable result of the coordinated, purposeful and professional work of the entire farm collective with the support of the region's leadership.
“Creation of a broodstock with high genetic potential in dairy production in the Kukmorsky municipal district opens up new perspectives in the development of whole dairy cattle breeding in Tatarstan. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of February 1, the gross daily milk yield in agricultural organizations amounted to 3793.6 tons, which is 182.3 tons (105%) more than on the same date last year.
