A delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan, headed by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Fattakhov, visited the industrial site of Rostselmash.
During the visit, negotiations were held with the General Director of OJSC Rostselmash Valery Maltsev. The meeting discussed the issue of increasing the supply of modern harvesting machines, tractors and other equipment.
“Rostselmash is a strategic partner for us. The company's products make 62% of the grain harvesting fleet, but we want to increase the population of Rostselmash machines to 75-80% in the near future. The modern model line of Rostselmash fully meets the tasks. What is also important is our Russian-made equipment, "Rafael Fattakhov noted.
Tatarstan is Russia's leader in milk production. Quality feed requires quality equipment. It is necessary to purchase at least 150 combine harvesters and 50 forage harvesters annually.
“Our company will support the plans of the Government of the Republic to renew the machine and tractor fleet of the village. In 2020, the region's agrarians have already doubled their purchases of Rostselmash self-propelled vehicles, and we are ready for further growth”, said Rostselmash CEO Valery Maltsev.
In 2021, the republic allocated 1.7 billion rubles to renew the park. These funds will be used to reimburse agricultural producers for 30% of the purchased equipment. One of the main conditions is that the equipment is made in Russia.
