Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the agro-industrial complex in the context of the coronavirus pandemic and conducting mass vaccination of industry employees were the key topics of the meeting in the "Hour of Control" format, which was held at the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev. The event, chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture Dzhambulat Khatuov, was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.

In 2020, the regions gained extensive experience in a pandemic - it was possible to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the industry and maintain the growth rate of agricultural production. At present, the situation is assessed as stable, but there still are epidemiological risks.

In this regard, according to Dzhambulat Khatuov, the subjects need to organize constant monitoring and strengthen preventive measures. First of all, it is necessary to vaccinate workers in slaughter, processing and sorting shops. The regional governing bodies of the agro-industrial complex were tasked to form applications for the required amount of vaccines for employees of continuous-cycle enterprises.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs: vaccination in Tatarstan is carried out in 57 medical organizations of the republic.
