Support Talkysh Kaleve at the Tastes of Russia competition!
At the first national competition of regional brands "Tastes of Russia", the national trademark presented the national Tatar dish Talkysh Kaleve.
Talkysh kaleve is one of the most complex dishes of Tatar cuisine, which is produced exclusively on the territory of Tatarstan. It is a light fibrous halva in form of small dense pyramids with a fragrant aroma and creamy honey taste.
The product contains vitamins and substances in its composition: groups B, E, PP, potassium, magnesium, zinc, chlorine and others. And the intake of large amounts of glucose into the bloodstream causes a temporary improvement in mood and simulates brain function.
Flour contains a small amount of vitamins and minerals necessary for the body. The benefit of taking talkysh kaleve is a rapid replenishment of the body's energy needs.
Today it can be found on store shelves and souvenir shops throughout Tatarstan.
