According to the data of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, corn for grain has been harvested from 10.3 thousand hectares (23% to the forecast), and 57.6 thousand tons were harvested. Sunflower is harvested from 88.7 thousand hectares (74% to the forecast), 149.5 thousand tons were harvested.
11 districts are engaged in sugar beet harvesting. The agrarians of the Apastovsky, Zainsky and Bugulma districts completed the digging. Tukayevsky, Sarmanovsky, Buinsky and Menzelinsky districts are close to complete.
Harvesting of rapeseed continues in the republic. To date, the harvesting of rapeseed has been completed by agrarians of 29 districts, 150,029.2 tons have been harvested. Cleaning is completed in Aznakaevsky, Aksubaevsky, Bavlinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, and Tukayevsky districts.
Other seasonal work continues in the regions of the republic. In particular, soil cultivation was carried out on an area of 1,653.7 thousand hectares, which is 92% of the forecast, including 838 thousand hectares with a deepening of the arable layer.
