A whole street of individual houses was built for the employees of the agricultural enterprise in the Alkeevsky district
20 families of specialists of the agricultural enterprise "Khuzangaevskoye" moved into new houses. 12 of them are young specialists.
The State Housing Fund of the President of Tatarstan has completed the construction of another 20 houses in the village of Sikterme-Khuzangaevo, Alkeevsky District. The houses were built under the "Rental Housing" program, which was launched in Tatarstan in 2016 at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. One of the goals of this program is to provide housing on preferential lease terms for invited specialists.
Families will live in new brick houses (72 sq.m. each) with renovation, individual heating and centralized water supply. Also, all houses have plumbing, sensors and fire alarms.
Houses for families of specialists and workers of the local agricultural enterprise "Khuzangaevskoye" were built at the expense of the State Housing Fund. The Khuzangaevskoye farm also took part in improving the living conditions of its employees: it paid for gasification, design estimates for land plots and the water supply networks to houses for a total of 1.5 million rubles.
By the way, in recent years, from 2016 to 2018, in the village of Sikterme-Khuzangaevo, 18 families have already used the housing programs of the State Housing Fund. In 17 of them, employees of the same agricultural enterprise "Khuzangaevskoye" live on lease terms, and one house received an orphan under the program for providing housing for orphans.
“The rental housing program helps to ensure labor mobility of specialists, opportunities for their development and career growth. Vivid examples of this are the newly built houses for workers of the agricultural enterprise "Khuzangaevo", ─ said the executive director of the State Housing Fund Marat Zaripov.
He also noted that over the past 4 years over 5 thousand families have used the Rent Housing program in the regions and cities of the republic.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that in 2020 the federal program "Comprehensive Development of Rural Areas" has also begun to work, according to which residents of all rural areas in Tatarstan will be able to improve their living conditions.

The Khuzangaevskoe Society is one of the largest agrarian companies in the republic, which was founded in 2000, and is successfully engaged in crop and livestock production. In the village of Sikterme-Khuzangaevo, Alkeevsky district of Tatarstan, the society has about 18 thousand hectares of arable land.
Currently, the farm has 4,265,000 head of cattle, 3,473 of which are cows. For 7 months of 2020, 6120 tons of milk, about 78 tons of meat were produced.
On an area of about 18 thousand hectares, the farm grows grain crops, corn for feed, sunflower and many other crops.
