At this time, machine operators, agronomists and students of agricultural universities, undergoing practical training, are working hard.
In the morning, Bulat Mukhametzyanov and Almaz Karimov sowed wheat. By noon, it rained and made future farmers stop. Bulat graduates from the second year of the mechanical faculty of Kazan Agrarian University, participates in the sowing season for the first time. He said it was hard at first with no habit.
“This is not an easy, but interesting and responsible work,” says Bulat Mukhametzyanov.
Almaz, future agronomist, is a freshman. But he’s been familiar with work on earth since school. “In our village I worked as an assistant to a combiner. I worked for 4 years, then I came here. Here they took us to practice. It is interesting. We are gaining experience, real experience not only in theory, but also in practice, "- student Almaz Karimov shares.
Almaz plans to return to his native Arsky district in the agricultural company Severnaya. Therefore, he and other guys who plan to connect their lives with agriculture, take the practice quite seriously.
“The soul rejoices. It is very interesting to work. To watch the process of how crops are sown. We stand on the seeder, load the grain, see if the grain lines are clogged. If it got clogged, we stop the tractor, clean it and then go on", Bulat Mukhametshin, a student at KSAU, shares his impressions of the work.
The cooperation between the agricultural university and the Narmonka economy has a long history. In crop production, help is always needed. So the first student detachment has already begun work on April 15th.
“They started to work as seeders. Sowing of spring crops ended on May 1. After that, everyone switched to planting potatoes. Now here comes the cabbage planting. The guys are very good. They work with enthusiasm. They realized that they came to an agricultural university. Also, they, like our machine operators and all the people who work in the agricultural company, are accruing wages from the development of a particular machine with whom they work, ”says Oleg Solyagin, director of the Narmonka agricultural company.
During this practice, the guys begin to understand the essence of work on the ground, and someone perhaps only here realized whether he chose the right university.
For example, Stanislav Shigapov, after school, decided to become an agronomist and during the annual practice, he was only convinced of the correctness of his decision.
“When I studied at the institute, I worked on several collective farms. First I worked as a seed agronomist in Devyatov, then worked for Kiba as the chief agronomist for one season, and then decided to move here to Narmonka, ”says Stanislav Shigapov, agronomist for plant protection at the Narmonka agricultural firm.
For a year now, Stanislav has been working in the agricultural firm "Narmonka" as an agronomist for plant protection. As a young specialist, the farm provided him with housing.
“I’ve got a staff car Niva. The salary is normal. The director is good. Everything seems to be fine. Previously, I was only engaged in cereals, I wanted something new, more complex, ”says the young specialist.
And in order to learn how to get a big crop, Stanislav decided not to stop at the bachelor's degree and entered the magistracy. Today, he knows the secrets of agronomy in practice and in depth in theory. Students, meanwhile, are just performing the tasks of the agronomist.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan believes that this and subsequent practices will not go in vain for them, and most of the children will connect their lives with agriculture.
