Tatarstan cheese producers presented their production at a specialized cheese fair in Moscow

On December 13, a large cheese fair opened in Moscow. More than 100 types of cheese were presented by 30 large companies from 15 regions of Russia. Among them is the Tatarstan Camembert. Recall that in 2018 the Kamembert cheese factory was opened in Kamskoe Ustye, it makes cheese from local milk according to the French recipe.

“We were honored to take a place among the 30 leading manufacturers of cheese and dairy products from farm milk! Like-minded manufacturers of natural and healthy products gathered here, ”said a representative of the Tatarstan company.

At the fair there are a lot of camemberts, blue and white cheeses, mozzarella, buratta, feta, Caucasian cheeses and hundreds more types of favorite treats from Russian cheese makers.

Participants of the fair note that the opening of such a fair was an important event for Russian cheese makers. The cheese fair operates permanently (year-round)  and is located at: Moscow, Dmitrievskogo metro station, ul. Svyatoozerskaya, possession 1. Opening hours from 9.00 to 20.00, daily. Monday is a day off.
