The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan implements a set of support measures for young specialists in the village
For young professionals who came to work in the village, there is a support provided in the amount of 150 to 300 thousand rubles and a monthly supplement to the basic salary for the first year of work in the amount of the minimum wage. For this purpose, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan allocated 70 million rubles this year. This was announced at a press conference in the Tatar-inform by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marcel Makhmutov. Novice farmers can also receive grants from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan for the implementation of their business projects.
In addition, 10 million rubles are envisaged for promotion of the contest "The best worker in the agricultural sector." Prizes of 100 thousand rubles will be received by the 100 best specialists. Marcel Makhmutov also said that for children who want to return to work and live in the countryside after training, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan provides special target places that can be obtained by contacting the Department of Agriculture and Food of the area. This is not only an opportunity to get higher education, but also a guarantee of employment, which today is very important for graduates. In addition, since 2014, the 50/50 Program has been revived, when a student becomes a scholarship holder of an agricultural enterprise. The essence of the program is that the student receives a worthy scholarship - 10 thousand rubles, 5 thousand of which are paid from the republican budget as part of state support for staffing the agro-industrial complex, and 5 thousand by the agricultural enterprise, to which the student will return after training for employment.
Chairman of the Agrarian Youth Association of the Republic of Tatarstan Dilyara Shuvalova told about the competition "Best in Profession" among young workers of the agricultural sector of the Republic of Tatarstan and students of agricultural specialties, which will be held on November 22-23. The application campaign for participation in the competition was extended until November 15.
Winners of the competition will receive 10, 8 and 6 thousand rubles for 1-3 places respectively in each nomination. Also, the winners will have the opportunity to go for a professional internship in Germany. Students will receive televisions, tablets and microwave ovens.
