News from the fields of the Drozhzhanovsky district: high-quality seeds and mineral fertilizers are the key to high productivity
Today in Tatarstan 62% or 884.6 thousand hectares of harvested areas of grain and leguminous crops are threshed. From individual farms of the republic, information about the end of grain harvesting is already coming.
So, one of the first to complete the harvesting of crops is LLC Tsilna, Drozhzhanovsky district. The sown area of grain and leguminous crops here is about 2 thousand hectares. The farm pays great attention to sowing seeds of higher reproductions. Sown seeds - all zoned varieties and 100% supreme reproduction. 105 kg in the active ingredient of mineral fertilizers were applied per hectare of crops. Thanks to these factors, too, 10112 tons of grain were collected from the fields. Yield, despite the weather conditions, amounted to 50.8 centners per hectare.
On threshing bread in this harvesting season, Rafik Shaydullov, one of the best harvesters in Tatarstan in 2018, achieved the best result. On the Tucano Class combine he threshed about 24,000 quintals of grain. For each grain, 21,000, 20,000, 19,000, 17,000 centners respectively were harvested by Ildus Zamdikhanov, Ilgiz Minachev, Radik Tukhfatullov and Fanis Valiev. Last year, Ildus Zamdikhanov won the republican contest “The Best Combiner”. Combiners were awarded cash prizes this year as well.
Today, the farm continues sowing winter crops and tillage.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, 21.4 thousand ha were threshed on August 27 in the Drozhzhanovsky District, which is 63% of the total harvested area, 58.9 thousand tons of grain were threshed, and the yield is 27.5 centners per hectare.
