The first grain threshing in the Drozhzhanovsky district was entrusted to the district foremost combine

The most crucial time for farmers has come. One after another, the regions of Tatarstan start harvesting. So in the Drozhzhanovsky district July 24 they started to harvest peas and barley. One of the first in the area the agricultural company "Ak Bars – Drozhzhanoe” brought harvesters to the fields.

On the pea field of the Novochukalinsky branch occupying 133 hectares, along with the combine operators, stays Rashit Yusupov,the main agronomist of the agrofirm. He carefully records the progress of all field work for all the years of work. So, last year, due to the presence of winter crops, the harvest began about two weeks earlier. “We always keep grain moisture under control. Clear and hot weather quickly reduces humidity. Yesterday, the humidity of peas in this field was above 17 percent, today - only about 15-16 percent. In hot weather, cereals can lose up to four percent of moisture. This year, especially because there was little rain since the fall, the soil was not wet, ”says the chief agronomist.

This year the first grain threshing was laid on one of the foremost combiners of the agricultural firm Peter Arkhipov. And in the competition for the preparation of harvesters, he received a diploma from the head of the district and a cash prize. By the way, according to the results of the harvest of the past year, he was recognized as the best combine operator of the agrofirm, and in the whole region took one of the top places. This year Peter Arkhipov began his 21st season.

Recall that in the area the total sown area is 34,700 hectares. 73 combines of different brands will be involved in the harvesting.
