Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the course of spring field work in the farms of Laishevsky municipal district
Today President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Laishevsky district of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov.
During the working visit, Rustam Minnikhanov and Marat Akhmetov familiarized themselves with the progress of the spring field work in the farms of the districts, visiting Stolbische (LLC Volzhskaya), Kirby (LLC "Herbi"), Srednyaya Devyatovo (Srednye-Devyatovo LLC), Malaya Elga (LLC “Just Milk Agro”), October 25 (LLC AF Volzhskaya) and Narmonka (LLC Narmonka).
Near the village of Nikolskoye, Rustam Minnikhanov spoke with the heads of farms, investors and heads of settlements of the Laishevsky municipal district. A small exhibition of products of the region’s enterprises was also launched here. In particular, a mobile shop, where villagers can buy basic food, was demonstrated to Rustam Minnikhanov.
In the field of crop production at the exhibition were presented the seeds of spring wheat, oats, barley, buckwheat, and peas of different varieties (Laishevsky MRW branch of the Rosselkhoztsentr Federal State Budgetary Institution). Also new products of TatNIISH selection - AIC of Tatarstan - winter wheat, winter rye, spring wheat and other crops were presented. Agrofirm "Narmonka" exposed the produced seedlings of flowers, early varieties of cabbage, tomatoes. LLC “Egoryevskie greenhouses” demonstrated fresh greens at the exhibition: lettuce, onion, dill.
The head of the Laishevsky municipal district Mikhail Afanasyev reported that the field work was carried out according to a schedule, there were no failures in work.
Marat Akhmetov said that the Laishevsky district has its own specifics, but with the arrival of large companies - investors, the area has reached a qualitatively new level. According to Marat Akhmetov, the number of cattle didnt decrease in the area.
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov urged farmers to work with full dedication. “Every day is important,” he said. - It is necessary to work out the sowing campaign to the maximum. At the same time, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that people should not forget about such industries as animal husbandry and vegetable farming - since all this is a source of income for the villagers.
