The Bulgarian Architectural and Historical Museum-Reserve has become a good incentive for the revival of local products.

This was announced on February 26 by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov at a meeting of the Council of the Spassky Municipal District on the basis of socio-economic development for 2018 and setting tasks for 2019.

Before the beginning of the meeting, Marat Akhmetov, accompanied by the Head of the District, Kamil Nugayev, inspected the exhibition of local products and children's creativity after personally speaking with businessmen and children.

In the report, the head of the Spassky District, Kamil Nugayev, said that the Bulgarian State Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve has a significant impact on the regional economy. It has become a good incentive for the development of entrepreneurship and the revival of the production of local products.

Marat Akhmetov noted that the reporting meeting is far from a formal event, it serves to assess the work done and determine the directions for further movement.

“Spassky district is unique. From year to year the flow of tourists is increasing, a modern infrastructure has been created. Local organic crop and livestock products should prevail in the district, ”Marat Akhmetov noted.

“I would like to see the area with the highest farming standards. Every traveler should be amazed by the wide and endless fields and admire the work of the farmers”, he added.

Following the results of 2018, Spassky district on the socio-economic development of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan rose to 29th place. This is 16 positions higher than in 2017. “However, the growth potential is still quite large,” said the Head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the end of the event, the Minister thanked Spassians for their productive work and presented state awards to especially distinguished specialists.
