Dairy business of a family from Bavlinsky district

Much attention is paid to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the countryside. Today, in every district there are people who have opened their own business and successfully developed it. The Sadykov’s family from the Bavly district is one of them.

Back in 2012, in Bavly, they built a dairy processing plant. Initially, its area was slightly more than 350 square meters. Today, the Sadykov RA farm has almost quadrupled, it is equipped with modern equipment, the entire process of manufacturing products is automated. A new production line is being prepared for release - soon drinking milk and liquid dairy products from the Bavlin dairy plant will be produced in PET bottles. Not only residents of Bavly, but also Bugulma, Almetyevsk, Bashkortostan people like these products. In addition, the products of the peasant farm are supplied to kindergartens, schools, as well as to medical and sanatorium establishments of the district. Delivery to all outlets, which is more than 100 counterparties, is carried out daily.

Seven years ago, nothing was simple. We had to start from zero: to build premises, to purchase equipment, to learn production technology. Ravil Sadykov participated in the 60/40 republican subsidy program, in the Leasing Grand program. Both of them are designed to help business people, the first supports manufacturers in the purchase of agricultural equipment and technical equipment and it is implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan. The second gives a subsidy for partial financing of expenses related to payment of equipment leasing.

“Now, without help of the state, it is difficult for an entrepreneur not only to start, but also to continue his business,” says Ravil Sadykov. - The republic helped me financially, in particular, to purchase equipment, to build a workshop. The support of local authorities was also great, especially in sale of products.

Despite the fact that production is adjusted, the products are in demand among population and are actively implemented, the shop continues to evolve. Last year, the company purchased another expensive equipment for blowing PET bottles and bottling milk and dairy products in it. Presumably, in a month the milk in the new packaging will go to store shelves, and a bit later kefir and katyk will be sold in bottles.

- I grew up in the village. Natural milk and dairy products were on the table all the time. I still remember their taste,” Ravil Aksyanovich continues his story. - It would be desirable, that inhabitants of our area drank and ate natural products, without use of powdered milk, vegetable fats and any preservatives. That was my main goal. There is also a small feature of the production – there is no skim products. Firstly, the taste is not the same, and secondly, it is not in demand among buyers.

To achieve the parameters necessary for dairy products, the human factor must be minimized. This is the goal of organization since its inception. Therefore, the entire milk processing plant is equipped with modern equipment, and all technological operations are automated, it eliminates the violation of specified parameters. Personnel working on this equipment regularly undergo training and retraining. Ready products are stored in cold rooms, the temperature regimes of which are also automatically maintained. Sanitary norms and rules are strictly followed. The presence of a modern, centralized SIW system (self-supporting insulating wire) for cleaning dairy equipment and pipelines, the use of effective detergents and disinfectants allows us to develop products that meet all the requirements of technical and health regulations. Since 2015, a quality management system has been implemented for the production of Dutch cheese and butter. HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) are controlled by two production laboratories.

The supply of raw materials is also well established. Milk comes daily from farms of Bavly District. The enterprise cooperates with many of them from the very beginning of this business. First, raw milk, after checking the quality and grade, is cooled and reserved until the start of processing. Pasteurization, deaeration and cooling of milk occur at a special installation (POU-5000KU). Cleaning, normalization and separation are carried out on a separator-cream (Ж5-Plava-OS-5). After that, milk is sent to the production of drinking milk and dairy products. Cream produces butter, sour cream, kaymak. The total product range of the dairy shop has more than 35 items.

The work of an entrepreneur can not be called easy. It requires a lot of time and effort. But the head of the company, Ravil Sadykov, has been supported by his wife and two children from the first days. By the way, they all work in the workshop too. Wife Anya Mazitovna and daughter Alia help him from the day the workshop was founded, and their son Ranil will join them soon. This year, he is completing training in the specialty "process engineer". And that means the father’s business will be continued.
