Since 2019, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of the National Project “Support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises”, has begun implementing the Agrostartup program for supporting novice farmers. Grants from 2 to 4 million rubles were received by 103 applicants from almost all regions of the republic.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan pays great attention to the development of agricultural cooperation in the republic. For farmers, joining a cooperative has several advantages. First of all, it is an increase in the profitability of production by combining efforts in the production, storage and processing of products. Secondly, access to credit resources, and thirdly, the possibility of access to large regional and federal retail chains. At the recent XX Congress of Farmers, Peasant Farmsteads and Agricultural Cooperatives of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fatihov farmers from the village of Nizhny Pshalym, Arsky District, were awarded as the best farming dynasty.

In Tatarstan, agricultural producers can receive budgetary funds for the purchase of mineral fertilizers for the 2020 crop. This money will be received by farms that accumulate at least 35 kg of the active substance of mineral fertilizers per hectare of sown area.

This weekend in Mamadyshsky district was held "SUNNYFEST" - a fun winter festival that combines traditional sleigh rides with creativity.

At a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov invited agronomists and agricultural producers to update their knowledge at the Agro-Industrial Forum and the specialized exhibition TatAgroExpo.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan led the media rating of the governing bodies of the agro-industrial complex of Russia in 2019. This was reported today at a meeting on the development of information policy with regional agro-industrial complex management bodies.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov reported on the rate of accumulation of mineral fertilizers and the efficient use of agricultural land today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the Kaybitsky district, there is a positive trend in the development of small business. The business activity of the villagers is increasing, opening individual enterprises, expanding personal subsidiary plots. The number of self-employed is growing. There is also the first experience of agricultural consumer cooperatives. The most successful cooperative is Yulduz, formed on the territory of the Chuteevsky rural settlement in the end of last year.

From February 12 to 14, the Tatarstan Agro-Industrial Forum and the specialized exhibition TatAgroExpo will be held with the participation of over 3,000 representatives of the agro-industrial complex from 300 organizations and enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan and Russian regions.
