In Tatarstan, 11 thousand tractors, 6 thousand seeders, more than 5 thousand cultivators and 680 sowing complexes will be involved in the sowing campaign
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov reported on the preparation of agricultural machinery for spring field work today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference with all municipal areas. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin.
Repair of sowing machines is being completed in the republic and their aggregation is underway, said Marat Zyabbarov. He recalled that 11 thousand tractors, 6 thousand seeders, more than 5 thousand cultivators and 680 sowing complexes will be involved in the sowing campaign.
“The equipment should be ready on April 1 and with the rational organization of labor, its potential will allow us to complete sowing in two weeks,” said the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan. - During the autumn-winter period, 27 thousand units of agricultural machinery were restored. For the preparation of equipment for spring field work, spare parts worth 1.6 billion rubles were purchased. This is 80% of the required amount.
According to the minister, only half of the demand was acquired by the farms of Agryzsky, Almetyevsky, Apastovsky, Zelenodolsky, Menzelinsky and Verkhne-Uslonsky districts.
“Failure to repair lead to a late start of field work - we lose moisture and, as a result, yield,” warned the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan. - To close the moisture all the equipment is prepared in advance, mainly before the new year. Today, the readiness of tractors is 95%, seeders and cultivators - 98%, sowing systems - 92%”.
Some districts have already completed the repair of sowing, tillage equipment and the tractor fleet.
Overhaul of tractors is one of the most difficult and labor-intensive volumes of work. Repair of the entire tractor fleet is completed by Aktanyshsky, Mamadyshsky, Yutazinsky Baltasinsky, Atninsky districts.
Buinsky district and Apastovo (60 units each), Aksubay (47 units), Agryz (45 units), Menzelinsk (30 units) lag behind in repairs.
“We have about 2 thousand energy-saturated tractors. Half of them are cars from abroad. It’s left to repair 170 energy-saturated tractors, 50 of which are domestic Kirovets and 120 foreign cars,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
Out of 6 thousand seeders, 160 (or 3%) seeders still remain unprepared. It is necessary to accelerate the work on their repair in the Menzelinsky, Agryzsky, Novosheshminsky and Verkhne-Uslonsky districts.
The minister asked to pay special attention to the preparation of sowing complexes, they sow 2/3 of the grain wedge. In 16 districts, they are fully prepared; in the rest, another 50 sowing complexes of 2 or more units need to be restored.
Marat Zyabbarov said that from Monday March 30 the final acceptance of the readiness of the machines involved in field work begins.
Active work is underway in the republic to conduct annual technical inspection of tractors and trailers. This is also a measure of preventing accidents. Equipment that does not meet safety requirements and has not passed inspection should not be allowed to operate.
According to the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, by April 10, inspection of tractors and trailers should be completed. More than 10 thousand tractors and 4 thousand trailers are to be inspected. As a successful example, 70% of tractors of Chistopolsky district have received tolerances. Marat Zyabbarov appealed to the heads of municipal districts, heads of holdings and agricultural enterprises - to complete the preparation of equipment for field work on time.
