The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, the Deputy Minister Rishat Khabipov, the Chairman of the Committee on Ecology, Nature Management, Agroindustry and others took part in the discussion of issues of promoting the development of small forms of management, private farms and peasant farms. 

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia has received the exclusive rights for the trademark of organic products. The corresponding certificate was issued by Rospatent.

The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia continues to accept applications for the annual creative contest for the media, journalists and bloggers "My Land - Russia". Since its establishment in 2014, more than 15 thousand information projects from all regions of our country have passed through the competition aimed at popularizing the Russian village and drawing attention to its problems. Hundreds of them have been awarded with cash prizes.

In the country, the rate of procurement of feed for livestock this year is higher than in 2018. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of August 5, 454.1 thousand tons of hay was harvested in the republic, and 2 million 563.8 thousand tons of haylage, which is 72% and 95% of the forecast, respectively.

In Tatarstan, from August 6 to 19, zonal seminars and meetings will be held to increase the business activity of the rural population. On August 10, at the Voskresensky Temple Square of the urban-type village Alekseevskoye, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the All-Russian Festival-Fair "Honey Spill" will be held. The event is organized by the Regional Public Organization "Beekeepers of Tatarstan", the Agricultural Supply and Sales Processing Consumer Cooperative "Pchelich" and the administration of the Alekseevsky Municipal District.

Today, the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolai Titov took part in the videoconference chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dzhambulat Khatuov on the current situation of beekeeping in the regions.

This was announced at a meeting at the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, which was chaired by Deputy Minister Oksana Lut. The development of the oil and fat industry was discussed. The meeting participants stated that the products of this industry are one of the key positions in Russian food exports. In accordance with the passport of the federal project "Export of agricultural products", its supply to foreign markets will increase to $ 8.6 billion by 2024.
