The implementation of the construction project of the agro-industrial park “M-7 Vysokaya Gora” was discussed today at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 19, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the Kazan Research Center of the Russian Federation. During the visit, the minister got acquainted with the areas of scientific activity of the research center, examined laboratories specializing in biology, agriculture and chemistry, met with scientists and specialists, discussed the prospects for further cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the FRC of the KazSC RAS.

In each district of Tatarstan, the basic farms for the introduction of advanced digital technologies are identified. Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev held a regular meeting to monitor the situation with socially significant agricultural products and food. The event was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nail Zalakov.

Russian livestock breeders appealed to the National Union of Agricultural Insurers with a request to assess the risk of infection of agricultural animals with a new coronavirus. The Union forwarded the question to the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) and received an answer that the pandemic does not increase the risks of keeping livestock.
