Marat Zyabbarov studied the work of agricultural enterprises of the Rybno-Slobodsky district
On May 13, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov made a visit to Rybno-Slobodsky District. He was accompanied by the head of the region Ildar Tazutdinov.
Within the working trip, Marat Zyabbarov visited the advanced farm of the Kama-Agro region, got acquainted with its activities, examined the fields of winter and spring wheat. The farm has done a lot of work on tillage, fertilizing and sowing crops. This was told by the head of the enterprise Rail Bariev.
Meeting with the head of the Maslovsky farm, the minister inquired about the state of crop production and animal husbandry.
“If you are planning to develop in the future, you need to think about creating a highly productive herd, modern farms with fewer people using the example of the Sabinsky district,” recommended the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On the winter wheat field of the Logos farm, the minister met with farm managers, investors, and heads of rural settlements. “In the southern part of our region, the sowing has almost been completed, 67% of the area was sown. There were no problems during the work, ”said the head of the region Ildar Tazetdinov.
“All programs work, we should use them,” the minister addressed the audience. “You can’t stagnate in one place, you need to study and introduce new technologies.”
Then Marat Zyabbarov visited the Russkiy Mramor Meat Processing Plant Joint Stock Company, located in the village of Kugarchino and specializing in the production of delicacy - red marble meat. The leaders of the meat-packing plant showed the guests the slaughter, meat cutting and processing workshop, deboning, refrigerators and freezers, the semi-finished goods workshop. They also told about the technology of marble meat production. The workshops are equipped with the latest, high-tech equipment, which allows to create all the conditions for the sterility of the process. Packaging is carried out using modern packaging machines. Finished products are sold in large cities and delivered to restaurants. This type of beef is produced in the republic only in Rybno-Slobodsky district.
“We produce halal beef, steaks of various kinds, minced meat, sausages. The meat factory has its own farm, feedlot. Today, 130 people are working at the meat processing plant - all are the residents of the Rybno-Slobodsky district. Housing is provided for nonresident specialists, ”said Irina Nabiullina, the head of the deboning and semi-finished products manufacturing department, who has been working there almost from the first days of the plant opening.
Then the minister went to the village of Shestaya Rechka. Today, a store without a seller was opened here.
A store without a seller is one of the parts of the Digital Village project. The store opens automatically and only for registered users. A person takes the necessary goods, and the system with the help of computer vision technology recognizes what exactly and in what quantity the buyer took. After the acquisition, the person receives SMS to complete the transaction with the purchase.
The minister asked how the villagers took such an innovation. To date, 25 people have registered and paid with a bank card. So far, only the villagers are using the store. According to local residents, they really like this store.
Marat Zyabbarov instructed to consider the possibility of using the store for visitors and the algorithm for selling fruits and vegetables.
The next object of the working trip was the cattle-breeding complex of the Kulon Agro joint-stock company in the village of Yanavyl, which is one of the leading in the milk production. Today, 938 livestock buildings contain 1838 animals, 900 of which are dairy cows. 500 breeding heifers of Schwyz breed were imported from Smolensk. “Their genetics is very good. Calves of this breed are very productive. The number of livestock on the farm is growing every year, and the volume of output is increasing. It is implemented by Danone. High-quality milk is also used for the production of baby food, ”said the company's specialists.
At the end of his working visit, the Minister visited Kisher LLC in the village of Bolshoy Mashlyak. The Minister got acquainted with the production shops and the technology for the production of sweets on Turkish and Italian equipment using carrots, apples and nuts. The work is organized in two shifts, in compliance with the recommendations of the Rospotrebnadzor. Its productivity is 2.5-3 tons. There is a shower room, a bathroom, a meal room for workers. In a building nearby, they plan to make a cheese factory by Italian project.
