One of the key mechanisms of state support for the technical modernization of the agro-industrial complex is preferential leasing, which allows farmers to purchase modern agricultural machinery and equipment on the most attractive terms. With the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, from December 1, 2020, Rosagroleasing JSC has launched a special offer for agricultural producers - "Early Booking", which provides the possibility of filing an application for the purchase of equipment with an additional discount at a fixed price of the year. Including an advance payment of 0% and a deferred payment until September 1 of the next year.

In the office of Rosagroleasing, the General Director of JSC Rosagroleasing Pavel Kosov met with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov and General Director of JSC Republican Agro-Industrial Center for Investments and Innovations (RATSIN) Denis Samodurov.

Rosagroleasing JSC summed up the results of the supply of agricultural machinery to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and identified TOP-10 regions where machinery was purchased most actively in 2019 using the company's preferential programs.

Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with the Director General of Rosagroleasing JSC Pavel Kosov.
