Marat Zyabbarov: For the Republic, Rosagroleasing is one of the most reliable suppliers of machinery and equipment
Today, a round table with Rosagroleasing JSC, suppliers,dealers of agricultural equipment and agricultural producers was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan.
Opening the meeting, Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov noted that Rosagroleasing is one of the most reliable suppliers of machinery and equipment for the republic. Over the entire period of work with Rosagroleasing, more than 4 thousand units of agricultural machinery, 77 thousand heads of pedigree cattle and various equipment were delivered for a total amount of 18 billion rubles.
“We have gathered here to introduce the new accepted preferential programs and delivery conditions from Rosagroleasing. Representatives of the factories announce a new range of manufactured equipment. Let’s listen to our colleagues, so that we can strengthen joint work on the acquisition of agricultural machinery, equipment and pedigree cattle to modernize our production, ”Marat Zyabbarov turned to agricultural producers.
Deputy General Director of Rosagroleasing JSC Alexander Suchkov said that the company has changed the mechanism of preferential leasing for farmers. “Updating the fleet of vehicles retains the principles of maximum availability. The rejection of regional quotas in 2019 proved to be effective - this year, all regions without restrictions were able to participate in the Update Program. This practice has been recognized as successful and will be maintained. In addition, a wider range of agricultural equipment will be available to farmers, including for highly specialized agricultural sectors, ”said Alexander Suchkov.
Also at the meeting there were representatives of large manufacturers: Rostselmash, Agromaster, Melinvest, St. Petersburg Tractor Plant and other companies working in Tatarstan on preferential Rosagroleasing programs for agricultural producers. They told farmers about the new line of equipment available for purchase, technological innovations and service options.
General Director of Rosagroleasing JSC Pavel Kosov shared work plans for 2020. “We see our goal in supporting agricultural producers. Therefore, next year it will be still possible to renew the park with an initial contribution of 0%, and an unprecedentedly low rise in price at a level below inflation (from 3% per annum). Updating the fleet of equipment implies the possibility of choosing a payment schedule, which will allow synchronizing the main leasing payments with the farmers’ seasonal cash flows. Thus, when a farmer invests resources in sowing and harvesting, he will be able to make leasing payments in a reduced amount, ”said Pavel Kosov.
At the end of the event, the leadership of Rosagroleasing and the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan answered questions from agricultural producers and suppliers of equipment.
