Head of Alkeevo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan produces 16 kinds of goat and cow milk products

Nina Agapova, the head of the peasant farm enterprise in the village of Bazarnye Mataki of Alkeevo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, produces 16 kinds of products from goat and cow milk.

There are 70 goats and sheep on the farm, including 30 milk goats and 15 milk cows. Usually over 300 liters of milk are received on the farm.

“About 150 liters of milk are received now”, said Nina Agapova.

16 kinds of products from goat and cow milk are produced on the farm, they are: milk, baked milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, fermented baked milk, etc. Products are sold in “The agro industrial park “Kazan”.

“We are going to obtain all the necessary documents for cheese production. We are also planning to increase goat population up to 100 heads”, said Nina Agapova.
