The competition is held in four categories: "Superior Star" for startups in the agricultural sector, "Superwoman" for industry executives, and "If not Me, than Who?" – for social initiatives in rural areas, as well as a special category, "There Are Women in Russian Villages," which brings together active community leaders.
Women working in Tatarstan's agricultural sector and implementing social initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of rural residents, or social projects in agribusiness, startups, women leaders in organizations within the republic's agricultural sector, as well as women with outstanding results and personal achievements in their work, are eligible to participate in the competition.
