A farmer from Verkhniy Uslon district of the Republic of Tatarstan makes 11 kinds of goat milk products

Alexey Arkhireev, a farmer from Verkhniy Uslon settlement, Verchniy Uslon municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, makes 11 kinds of goat milk products.

There are 119 goats, including 45 milk goats, on his farm. Up to 100 litres of milk is received daily.

"I feed animals with hay, barley, oat, boughs. I also give them vitamin-mineral additives which are rich with macro- and micro-elements", said Alexey Arkhireev.

There is a milking room on the farm and a separate room for milk pouring and its processing. 11 kinds of goat milk products are made on the farm- 3 kinds of cheese, butter, cottage cheese, etc. Alexey Arkhireev distributes his products through the chain supermarket "Bakhetle", "Agro industrial park "Kazan", he is also a constant participant of exhibitions and fairs held in Verkhniy Uslon municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan and in Kazan.

"I am going to build a modern house for goat milk processing, to attract private farm households. I am also planning to sell young milking heavy goats", said the farmer.
