Consumer degustation of cottage cheese and poultry products took place at the state alcohol inspection

On December 16, 2015, a consumer degustation of cottage cheese and poultry products purchased in Tatarstan retail chains took place in the State Alcohol Inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Evgeny Restchikov, head of the development department of consumer market at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in the event.

6 samples were presented at the cottage cheese degustation. The 1st prize was awarded to “Vita Plus” from Ulyanovsk Region, the 2nd prize was awarded to “Kazan dairy complex”, and the 3rd prize was awarded to “Zelenodolsk dairy complex”.

There were 40 samples of different poultry products at the preliminary degustation: chilled and frozen poultry (chicken and turkey),poultry byproducts and semiproducts, minced poultry, poultry delicacy. They were shortlisted to 6 samples. The first 3 prizes were awarded to “Poultry Farm Akashevskaya”. The 4th prize was awarded to “Holding company “Ak Bars”.
