Main International Agricultural Exhibition

From January 16-25, 2015 the international trade fair of foodstuff industry, gardening, agriculture and forestry “Green Week 2015” will take place in “Messe Berlin” exhibition center (Berlin).

The Russian delegation will be headed by the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Nikolai Fedorov. The delegation will consist of representatives of both Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation chambers, representatives of a number of federal ministries, regional representatives of the executive branch of the government, representatives of educational and scientific organizations as well as agro-businessmen.

An official opening ceremony of the Russian display will take place in pavilion 2.2 on January 16. The country will present the latest technologies, investment projects (including innovative ones) of different Russian regions in the sphere of agricultural production, foodstuff and processing industries, a wide range of foodstuff, popular craftwork items, etc.

This year exhibition program includes a number of research and practice events, participation in which will facilitate mutually beneficial cooperation between producers and consumers worldwide.

The most important events, in which the Russian delegation is going to participate, are the following: The Global Foodstuff and Agricultural Forum, The Summit of Agricultural Ministers, the press conference of the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Nikolai Fedorov, and various meetings with representatives of different countries.
