Designed by the federal agrarian ministry nine Russian Federation government decrees on allocation of subsidies to support agriculture in the current year were approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The decrees regulate the allocation of subsidies from the federal budget to support agriculture in the current year, as well as amendments to the allocation of subsidies dew to the situation when a number of regions could not use the funds of the federal budget in full while others have an additional need for them.
The allocations are made into the following spheres: subsidizing of short-term loans in animal breeding (6,753,000 rubles including additional 3,015,000 rubles); subsidizing of short-term loans in plant production (7,542,200 rubles); subsidizing of short-term, medium-term and long-term loans for private farm households (4,750,000 rubles); subsidizing of contracts on agricultural insurance in plant production (4,997,000 rubles) and in animal breeding (458.4 million rubles); support of some branches of plant production (1,892,700 rubles); partial compensation of expenses on increasing of sheep, goats, reindeer, marals and herd horses population (791.2 million rubles); support of pedigree livestock farming (379 million rubles); support of economically important regional programs on development of agriculture in animal breeding (297.5 million rubles).
The papers are approved at the session of the Government of the Russian Federation on November 20, 2014.
