Winners of the Ak Kalfak Competition Learned About Tatarstan's Agro-Industrial Complex

Today, the winners of the All-Russian Ak Kalfak competition for schoolchildren and students visited the Palace of Farmers in Kazan.

Ruslan Khafizov, Head of the Agricultural Cooperation Development Department, spoke about the state of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the development of agricultural cooperation in the republic and government support measures.

Particular attention is paid to training and attracting personnel to the agro-industrial complex. To this end, the republic operates agro-technology classes, implements targeted training for specialists, and provides incentive payments.

The competition winners also visited the Museum of the History of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, where the museum's director, Nail Sabirov, spoke about the stages of development of the agricultural sector.

The federal project "Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex" of the national project "Technological Support for Food Security" helps train specialists for the agro-industrial complex.
